City Events Calendar

This group of business owners and managers meets monthly to network, share tips and ideas and collaborate on ideas to improve business for all the members. If you are thinking about opening a business or would like some support or ideas - stop down. Meetings are informal with loose agendas.

Hosted By The Evansville Grove Society Professional genealogist Katherine L. Kemnitz of Beloit will be the presenter. The meeting will be at Creekside Place, 6:00 p.m.

The annual Chocolate Extravaganza will be held on Saturday, February 10th at Creekside Place in Evansville, WI. Plan to arrive at 6:30 pm and enjoy live music and dancing to “Madison’s favorite band” Universal Sound. There will be an array of homemade chocolates, fruit, cheese, and a glass of wine, beer or soda. This annual fundraiser includes a raffle for a “Get Away to Romance” weekend at the Country House Resort in Sister Bay, Door County! An array of silent auction items donated by area merchants and creative craftsmen will also be part of the event.

Euchre in a fun, casual setting. NOT a tournament. Individuals, partners or groups welcome. Partners will rotate throughout the event. Doors will open at 6:30 and play will begin at 7. The cost is $10 per person. Cash prizes, free snacks, cash bar. Must have 20 people pre-registered to hold event.

It might be cold outside but a chili contest inside will do more than warm you up.  The 18th annual Heat is On! Chili Cook-Off  in Evansville is a family-friendly, fun evening with more than a dozen area cooks vying for medals, cash prizes and bragging rights. Tickets are just $17 for a fun way to spend Saturday evening, February 24.
