Call to order.

 

Roll call (Rock County Representative, HPC Member, EDC Member, RDA Member, Banking Industry Member and Community Development Director)

 

Motion to waive the reading of the minutes from the April 20, 2020 meeting and approve them as printed

 

New Business

Motion to approve and authorize City Staff to sign Building Improvement Grant Application BIG-2020-02 for 101 E Main Street for replacement of windows that meet the requirements of HPC approval in the amount of $1,200 or 40% of project costs, whichever is less.
